Due to the nature of food products:

Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered, except in the following cases:

📸 Proof Required

Customers must provide photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Without proper documentation, return requests cannot be processed. Ensure you have clear images or video showing the issue.

💰 Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be provided via:

  • ✓UPI

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • ✗Products damaged due to misuse
